Ah, the lazy days of summer. We tried to soak in as much family fun as we could before school and schedules and alarm clocks started.
Saturday morning breakfast at Mike's Restaurant. Apparently, they're discussing the hot real estate on Emerald Isle!!!
The girls were invited to a birthday party at Jumpin' Jax and had a blast.
Many sunsets were watched from our deck. It's just as amazing every day!
Heading down to the beach. We loaded up all our gear and these crazy girls hitched a ride. We tried out this wagon, but I felt like it was going to run me over and I may or may not have tipped it over while Annie was inside! We returned it and opted for a smaller one that works much better.
I really hope Ella and Ruby stay close friends forever. They sat like this for a really long time and I just wondered what they were discussing. All the great mysteries of life according to a 3 and 5 year old, I'm sure.
One morning we were at the beach there were tons of little jelly fish in the water. Needless to say, we didn't swim that day, but the girls had lots of fun spotting washed up ones and having Daddy shovel them into their bucket. They loved watching them float up and down.
