Is it obvious yet that we love Disney World? We thought since Richard had a few days off, we'd head on down to Florida. The weather was fantastic and we had such a fun time!
Ella on the Buzz Lightyear Rockets. Richard will have to take her next time because it made me motion sick.
We had some fun waiting for the parade to start. The Holiday parade really is the best one!
These toy soldiers were so cool. You'd think with those giant boxes on their feet, they wouldn't be able to do much, but they were dancing like crazy! It was awesome!!!
Getting a hug from Snow White.
Meeting Belle. They got the Beauty and the Beast DVD for Christmas, so they were super excited to meet her this time.
Meeting Marie from The Aristocats.
Epcot is mine and Richard's favorite park. You can meet all the characters so easily, and we always stuff ourselves sick with all the delicious food from each of the countries. It's all soooooo good! One of our favorite spots is in France, there's a little corner where there are trees and benches, where hardly anyone ever goes. We go get delicious treats from the Patisserie and relax there for a while. The girls can run around and collect leaves without the crowds. It's also right by the door where the characters come out, so we've met Sleeping Beauty several times that way.
This day at the Magic Kingdom was the BEST!!!! Before we left, I went through Ella's back pack and removed several unnecessary items (stuffed animals, books, etc.). One of the items was this lovely pink spandex dance costume. She wanted to bring it to wear when she met the Princesses. She said it was her Jasmine costume "without her belly hanging out". I took it out of her bag, but somehow she secreted it back in!!! It was there when we got to the hotel and she was so excited to wear it. I just couldn't say no. So at the risk of Richard dying from embarrassment, she wore it to the Magic Kingdom. I can not wait to use these pictures as blackmail one day!!!!! That's actually the main reason I said she could do it! Does that make me a bad Mom?!
Proud as can be! Gotta love that confidence and innocence.
Trying to pull the sword from the stone.
Meeting Rosetta.
Watching the Celebration Parade.
I wish I knew what was so funny. I do love that Ruby still has her big round baby belly! It's starting to go away, which makes me so sad.
Annie always kept her distance from the characters.
Pictures are moments in time, right? Well, I guess with this picture, I'll always remember that Ella was in a really bad mood and absolutely refused to smile for the camera. But I love my girls anyway!!!!
ahhhhhh! I'll be the one smuggling spandex into my children's backpacks for family trips to Disney World. She might be my favorite now. Also, I love Ruby's bob!
